This program was designed to address the growing need for mental well-being and emotional care among the new middle-aged generation (ages 50–60). By integrating culture, literature, and Buddhist philosophy, it offers a healing-based arts program aimed at enhancing emotional stability and overall life satisfaction.
Through self-reflection and meaningful interaction with others, participants are encouraged to cultivate emotional connection and a self-directed approach to life. Grounded in local cultural assets, the program seeks to expand access to cultural experiences and foster a sustainable community centered on the new middle-aged generation.
