'MINDBOOM 2025: LOST AND LUCKY' is an experimental art project featuring six artists. Set as a secretive pawnshop and archive open for only 9 hours a year, the exhibition invites audiences to reflect on and reclaim their 'lost luck' through a participatory experience.
Visitors respond to a series of questions about what they have lost, and are given one of six lucky charm objects — each symbolizing achievement, wealth, children, love, health, or fortune in transition. 72 one-of-a-kind objects, handcrafted by six artists, are delivered to audiences as a new form of fortune, allowing art to step beyond the exhibition space and find its way directly into the everyday lives of 72 individuals.
From exhibition space design and construction to a phased promotional strategy, we participated in every step of the project — and in resonance with the temporality of year's end, this project experimenting with a new exhibition format where art permeates daily life became a space for individuals to restore hope, balance, and fortune.
